We are hiring at a nine-room small luxury hotel in Kaga Hashitate, Ishikawa, for the people who support the stay experience day to day.

We are currently hiring part-time guest service staff covering front desk, local guidance, room and shared-area cleaning, and lounge service assistance.

Guest Service Staff (Part-Time)
This role supports the full guest journey, including front desk support, local guidance, room and shared-area cleaning, and lounge service assistance.
Hotel or restaurant experience is not mandatory. The published recruitment information emphasizes sincerity toward guests, the local area, and the team.

- Requirements
- Regular driver’s license (AT-only accepted) and high-school graduation or equivalent experience
- Wage
- From JPY 1,200 per hour. Training period up to 60 hours is JPY 1,100 per hour. Experience may be considered.
- Working hours
- Shift-based. 2-5 days per week, from 4 hours per day, between 6:00 and 22:00 by consultation.
- Days off
- Shift-based. Paid leave and other statutory leave are granted according to work status.
- Benefits
- Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, late-night allowance, and other statutory benefits according to work status.
Role Scope
Guest service work includes check-in and check-out support, reservation handling, local guidance, shop support, cleaning of rooms and shared spaces, breakfast/light meal/dinner service support, and drink service.
Cooking support includes assisting chefs and kitchen staff with dinner and breakfast preparation, washing, and service support.
