Kitamae Cuisine combines fresh seafood landed at Hashitate Port with fermentation culture shaped by Kitamaebune maritime trade culture. A collaboration between the in-house chef and a “traveling chef” creates a seasonal course where tradition and originality meet.
Breakfast is described as a Japanese breakfast. Breakfast prices are not stored in content and should be confirmed through the booking path.

Lunch at Airodokoro is a French-Japanese modern dining experience shaped by French techniques and Japanese sensibility. It is available to non-staying guests and is listed as reservation required with 15 seats.
Time spent along the coast, around Hashitate Port, or in the historic townscape can lead naturally back to Airodokoro. Cuisine is presented not only as a meal, but as one reason to stay overnight at KITAMAE BASE.
